Headed down again. 38 and counting

Sorry it's been a while. Tammy's grandma has been really sick and I've been there a lot. Eating healthy is hard. Isn't that ironic. Hard to eat healthy at a hospital. Maybe that a funamntal issue with our healthcare. Who knows, but I di lose 2 more pounds. I'm down 38 total.
